Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: Base pay starting at $25/hour plus commission average salary $70–$100k+

Position Overview

Our valued client is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Diesel Mechanic to service fleet vehicles in a mobile role. This position works out of a company-provided truck and services vehicles within a 25-mile radius. This is a first-shift opportunity with strong earning potential and steady, consistent work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel fleet vehicles
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and engine issues
• Complete preventive maintenance services efficiently and accurately
• Communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service documentation
• Operate company vehicle safely and professionally

Qualifications

• Certified Diesel Mechanic required
• 2+years of diesel diagnostic and repair experience
• Experience working with fleet vehicles strongly preferred
• ASE Certification (T-Series) helpful but not required

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel locally (no more than 25 miles)
• Background screening required
