Now Hiring: Quality Control / Team Coordinator Location: South McAllen Industry: Manufacturing Pay: $19.00/hr.
Express Employment is seeking a Quality Control / Team Coordinator for a manufacturing company in South McAllen. This role supports daily production operations while ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain continuous workflow and balance production to prevent bottlenecks
Monitor material availability and submit requisitions
Communicate production issues between shifts
Coordinate with Maintenance on equipment issues
Support quality control processes and inspections
Track cross-training, assist with training schedules, and recommend process improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturing or production experience
Quality control or team lead experience a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
