Large Pack - Packaging and Production, 1st Shift

Located in Elroy, WI

Salary: $19.00/hour

Job Title: Large Pack - Packaging and Production 

Day Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 5am-3:30pm

Location: Elroy, WI

 

Job Duties:

·        Cutting and emptying bags of material

·        Packaging of finished material and wrapping pallets with shrink wrap

·        Notifying supervisor of any mechanical or material issues

·        Maintaining a clean and safe workplace

·        General forklift operation and ability to stack pallets of material

·        Other duties as assigned

 

Performing the duties of this job include:

·        Contact with dry dairy products, frequent exposure to airborne particles, moving mechanic

alerts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can also be loud.

 

Qualifications:

·        Familiarity and use of a computerized touch screen

·        Knowledge of forklift operation

·        Ability to operate a hand blade

·        Ability to bend, kneel, rotate, stand, and walk throughout a 10-hour period of time

·        Ability to frequently walk up and down stairs, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms

·        Capable of lifting 55 lbs. consistently throughout a long period of time

·        High school diploma or GED
