Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Concrete Batch Plant Operator for a company local to the Yuba Sutter Area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating computerized batching systems, particularly with colored concrete and SCC (Self-Consolidating Concrete) mix designs.

This is not an entry-level position — prior experience running a concrete batch plant is required. The role offers competitive pay ($28–$45/hr DOE), full-time hours, and long-term stability with a reputable employer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor computerized batching systems to produce consistent, high-quality concrete mixes.

• Batch and mix colored and SCC (Self-Consolidating Concrete) to exact standards and specifications.

• Visually and manually inspect materials, ingredients, and finished products for quality control.

• Maintain accurate batch logs, mix reports, and daily production records.

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure proper concrete delivery and plant efficiency.

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on batching equipment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience operating a concrete batch plant required.

• Strong knowledge of colored and SCC concrete mixing processes required.

• Experience using Alkon Command Batching System preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
