Salary: $20-$21/hr

Express is supporting an industry-leading manufacturer in their search for an Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling parts and components to create finished products according to customer specifications. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and performing basic maintenance on equipment and tools.

What's an average day like as an Assembler?

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and blueprints
• Assemble parts and components according to customer specifications
• Use hand and power tools to cut, drill, and shape parts and components
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet customer and company standards
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment and tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned

What we look for in an Assembler?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and blueprints
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime, if needed

Schedule:

• 1st shift 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday
• 2nd shift 3:30 pm to 2:00 am Monday through Thursday
