Requirements:
Strong computer skills are a must; experience with Microsoft Office and recruiting software preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Daily recruiting tasks including interviewing, filling job orders, and ensuring client and associate satisfaction.
Ability to use consultative selling skills and persistence in outreach.
