Hours are Mon-Fri 7am to 3:30pm with possible OT on Saturdays.

Job Title: Production Line Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Line Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves standing for the duration of the shift, working at a fast pace, and assembling or building products according to company standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a team environment.

Schedule:

• Standard shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Earlier shifts may be available

• Monday – Friday

• Possible Saturday overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and build products on a production line

• Maintain a fast and consistent work pace to meet production goals

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

• Inspect products for quality and report any defects

• Keep work area clean and organized

• Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for the entire shift

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work at a fast pace

• Good attention to detail

• Dependable with good attendance

• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift

• Lifting may be required (as applicable to the role)
