Job Overview:
The packer is responsible for boxing or bagging customer purchases after the cashier completes the checkout process. This role requires someone who can move quickly, stay organized, and keep the customer experience smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bag or box items immediately after they are scanned at checkout.

• Handle products safely and pack them securely to prevent damage.

• Assist customers with loading items into their vehicle when requested.

• Maintain a clean and orderly packing station.

• Communicate clearly with cashiers and customers to keep the line moving efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand for long periods of time.

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of various size products.

Skills & Qualities:

• Fast, reliable, and attentive to detail.

• Good customer service and communication.

• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
