Position: Production Line Operator
Location: Crossville, TN
Shift: Rotating – 4 days on / 4 days off (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Starting Pay: $14.50/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Operate machines and equipment efficiently and safely.

• Monitor the production process to ensure quality output.

• Perform quality checks and communicate any issues.

• Load and unload materials as needed.

• Keep your work area clean and organized.

• Follow all safety rules and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience (a plus, not required).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
