Be part of a forward-thinking team advancing the science of permanent magnet technology. As a Senior Materials Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing, optimizing, and improving magnetic materials and manufacturing processes within our Material Technology Center. This position blends hands-on engineering with innovation, leadership, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, test, and optimize permanent magnet materials and manufacturing processes

• Lead research, development, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Provide technical support to production teams and resolve complex material issues

• Drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and performance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality systems, and process documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials or metallurgical engineering

• Strong background in powder metallurgy and material testing methods

• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical projects
