Accounts Payable Clerk
Our client, an established manufacturing company is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing team for an 18 month contract with a possibility to turn into long term.
Key Responsibilities:
-Accurate data entry and posting of high-volume invoices into their ERP system (100-150 invoices on a daily basis)
-Ensure invoices are matched and coded with purchase orders and packing slips
- Coordinate with vendors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. This includes tracking outstanding and pending purchase orders and costs
-Prepare and process accounts payable cheques
-Prepare payments and invoices
-Other general duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to details
- Flexible to take on other duties
