Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Soldering Technician to join our client's manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PCB assembly, surface mount technology, and IPC soldering, with the ability to interpret schematics and work with various hand tools and vision systems. This role involves precise soldering, component placement, and quality assurance to ensure the production of high-quality electronic assemblies. Duties

• Perform soldering on printed circuit boards (PCB) using IPC 610 standards, ensuring high-quality connections.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to accurately assemble and troubleshoot electronic assemblies.
• Use computers to maintain detailed documentation of work processes and inspection results for quality control purposes.
• Follow manufacturing protocols to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in soldering, PCB assembly, or related manufacturing roles. IPC certified preferred.
• Ability to pass a soldering test.
• Strong knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT), schematics, IPC standards.
• Manual dexterity and excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in electronics manufacturing environments.
