What You’ll Do

As a Direct Hire Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Recruiting active and passive candidates
• Conducting interviews and administering skill testing
• Following our ISO-certified qualification process
• Completing professional reference checks
• Preparing polished candidate presentations
• Advertising and marketing open positions
• Maintaining accurate records in the ATS
• Growing and servicing client accounts
• Building long-term client relationships
• Leading meetings in person and virtually
• Negotiating pricing and managing expectations

Performance Expectations

• Accountable to a monthly revenue target
• Success measured by quality placements, client satisfaction, and consistency
• Commission is paid monthly, so results are rewarded quickly

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $52,000 – $65,000
• Uncapped commission
