A busy bookkeeping firm is seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to support front-office operations during peak tax and reporting season. This role is critical to keeping daily operations running smoothly while the accounting team manages increased client volume.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients professionally and manage front desk operations

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Assist with document intake, filing, and basic data entry

  • Maintain office organization and support administrative tasks as needed

  • Communicate effectively with internal staff and clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Comfortable handling confidential information

  • Proficient with basic office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Professional appearance and dependable attendance

  • Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
