This role is critical to keeping daily operations running smoothly while the accounting team manages increased client volume.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients professionally and manage front desk operations
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Assist with document intake, filing, and basic data entry
Maintain office organization and support administrative tasks as needed
Communicate effectively with internal staff and clients
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable handling confidential information
Proficient with basic office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Professional appearance and dependable attendance
Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
