ON-SITE Eligibility Specialist

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Eligibility Specialist for a growing company in Superior, WI. This is a full-time, on-site position with day shift hours on a Monday - Friday schedule. If you are looking to join a team in a collaborative, face-to-face environment, this role is perfect for you! The starting wage is $19.00/hour with exceptional room for growth.

As an Eligibility Specialist, you will be at the heart of service delivery, working directly with clients to schedule appointments and process online applications.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers at the Front Desk
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Scheduling client appointments
• Responding to inquiries about program eligibility
• Processing on-demand online applications

Please note: This is NOT a remote position. We believe the best service happens in person!

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of consecutive office experience (previous call center experience is a plus!)
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Must have excellent computer skills
• High school diploma
