Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Pay: $18.00/hour to start (increase to $20.00/hour once hired on)

Schedule:

• Monday–Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview:

• Support the daily upkeep and appearance of a well-known retail property with two locations in Centralia

• Perform a variety of hands-on maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping tasks

• Ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform painting, minor repairs, and general facility touch-ups

• Maintain outdoor areas including mowing, hedge trimming, and basic tree care

• Complete janitorial cleaning of buildings and surrounding property areas
