Our client is seeking a dependable 3rd Shift Assembly Associate to support production operations at its Sycamore facility. This role involves assembling components, operating basic production equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Perform assembly and production tasks according to work instructions
Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety, quality, and production standards
Meet productivity and attendance expectations
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight hours
Ability to follow written, verbal and safety instructions
Manufacturing/production setting
Standing, lifting, and repetitive motion required
Competitive 3rd shift pay $21.80/ hour
Overtime opportunities may be available
