Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking dependable General Production Associates for a small, growing manufacturing company located in Oak Grove, MN. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy repetitive, hands‑on work in a laid‑back shop environment and prefer working independently with minimal supervision.

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Pull plastic from large rolls and cut into sheets using a shear.
• Stack plastic sheets onto pallets in an organized manner.
• Wipe down plastic sheets and place them on the conveyor.
• Perform visual inspections to identify imperfections.
• Cut plastic sheets into smaller pieces using a shear and restack onto pallets.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of how to read a tape measure.

Experience Required

• No prior experience required.

Qualities Required

• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when measuring and cutting materials.

Education Requirements

• None.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for the entire shift.
• Repetitive movement.
• Minimal lifting overall, with some tasks requiring frequent lifting of 25+ lbs.

Equipment Used

Large plastic rollers, plastic shear machine, spray applicator machine, UV light machine, pallet jack.
