We are recruiting on behalf of a local Bedford client for a Retail Sales Associate to support customers in a professional showroom environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, learning high-end products, and providing an elevated customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and guide them through the showroom

• Sell and explain high-end medical equipment to customers

• Answer customer questions via phone and email

• Create clear, professional written correspondence

• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Professional demeanor and comfort working with customers one-on-one

• Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Pay & Schedule:

• $17 per hour to start

• Daytime retail hours
