Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals in Miami Dade South is currently hiring a Medical Assistant for a medical facility in the West Palm Beach area. The ideal candidate has prior experience in healthcare administration or a related field, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is comfortable performing both clinical and administrative duties. This is a full-time position with long-term opportunities.

Requirements:

•  Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner; communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures and maintain accurate patient records
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff; escort patients to exam rooms and ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the day
• Phlebotomy experience required; ability to draw blood, take vitals, and assist with clinical procedures as directed by medical staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; adhere to all HIPAA standards and healthcare regulations

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday to Saturday | Full Time
• Pay: $16.00 per hour | Paid weekly through Express Pros, Miami Dade South, FL

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or a related field preferred; familiarity with medical billing procedures required
• Phlebotomy experience required; CPR certification a plus; ability to take vitals and assist with clinical tasks
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) required; strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; team player with a positive, patient-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail
