Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Weekend Third Shift Lead – Plant Maintenance Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations during weekend third shift while performing hands-on industrial maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of foreman, lead, or supervisor experience
• Strong mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance skills
• Required experience working with motors operating on 480 volts
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment
• Work with motors operating on 480-volt power
