What You'll Do

As a TIG Welder on this local manufacturing team, you'll be hands-on building the custom parts and structures that power our advanced systems. From TIG welding stainless steel to reading blueprints and teaming up with engineering, you’ll play a key role in bringing  projects to life.

 

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• TIG welding mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum based on detailed engineering specs.

• Operating tools like grinders, saws, torches, and presses to shape and fabricate.

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and weld symbols.

• Inspecting your work to ensure every weld meets structural and quality standards.

• Collaborating with the engineering and fab teams to troubleshoot and optimize builds.

• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized.

• Supporting production goals with top-tier craftsmanship and efficiency.

• Pitching in on continuous improvement efforts—we're all about doing things better.

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or GED required (bonus points for a welding certification from a tech or trade school).

• 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.

• Strong TIG welding skills with a steady hand and a sharp eye for detail.

• Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings.

• Forklift and overhead crane experience? Even better!

• A safety-first attitude and a commitment to producing top-quality work.

• Team player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
