Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Forest Lake, MN. Hourly Pay: $22.75+/Hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload bins of horseshoes and move tubs throughout production.
- Scan paperwork, prepare labels, and follow proper documentation processes.
- Operate machinery and assist with changing dies and components as needed.
- Work with heated metals; previous foundry exposure is helpful.
- Prepare and organize materials to maintain workflow efficiency.

- Keep up with production pace.
- Follow directions accurately and consistently.

- Strong aptitude to learn.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
Experience Required
- Machine operator experience required.
Qualities Required
- Patience—training process may take up to 3 months.
- Mechanically inclined.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Standing for most of the shift.
Equipment Used
Packaging equipment and vacuum lift.
