We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanic Manager to oversee maintenance operations in a high‑volume bakery environment. This position requires strong leadership, hands-on technical ability, and the capacity to prioritize and manage daily maintenance activities. The ideal candidate has solid experience working with electrical systems, mechanical systems, and bakery production equipment, and is comfortable troubleshooting issues in real time.

This role is essential to ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily maintenance operations and assign tasks to maintenance mechanics.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Lead planned and unplanned maintenance activities, including emergency repairs.
Coordinate and execute maintenance projects, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts usage, and equipment history.
Ensure safe work practices and compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

Experience as a maintenance mechanic or maintenance lead, preferably in food manufacturing or bakery operations.
Strong working knowledge of:
- Electrical systems (wiring, motors, controls)
- Mechanical systems (gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, mixers)
- PLC familiarity is a plus
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Availability for variable hours depending on maintenance needs, with a typical 6:30 AM start time.
Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in a fast‑paced production environment.
