Field Inspections: Conduct highly technical field inspections for compliance throughout various project stages, including excavations, rough-in, pressure testing, and final system installations for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.• System Verification: Examine the proper installation of all plumbing components, including water supply lines, sanitary and storm drainage systems, venting, fixtures, backflow prevention devices, water heaters, and gas piping.• Violation Management: Identify, document, and clearly articulate all observed code violations, deficiencies, or substandard workmanship. Issue formal Correction Orders and impose immediate Stop Work Orders when conditions pose imminent life-safety or public health risks.• Final Approval: Authorize the final acceptance of plumbing systems by signing off on permits, ensuring all code requirements and approved plans are fully satisfied before Certificates of Occupancy are issued.
