Marketing/Social Media Coordinator
Salary: $40,000–$50,000
Experience: 1–3 Years Professional Experience
A growing, multi-brand organization is seeking a Marketing / Social Media Coordinator to support digital marketing efforts across several consumer and commercial brands. This is an execution-focused role responsible for daily social media management and content production, working closely with the Marketing Manager who will provide overall strategy and direction.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality photo, video, and audio content
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across multiple brands
- Hands-on experience using cameras for photography and video capture
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience managing Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), including support for paid social campaigns
- Working knowledge of analytics, insights, and performance reporting for both B2C and B2B marketing
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and emerging technologies
- Ability to manage multiple brand identities and projects in a fast-paced, in-house environment
Core Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish on-brand content across company social channels
- Write compelling and clear post copy, captions, and campaign messaging
- Monitor and moderate social media platforms; respond to messages and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Serve as the brand representative across company-managed and industry-specific social groups
- Enforce and maintain brand voice, tone, and visual standards
- Identify and escalate sensitive customer or reputational concerns as needed
Content Production
- Independently capture high-quality photos and videos using professional equipment
- Edit short-form video and audio content for social media, email, and web use
- Create and update basic graphic assets to support digital marketing campaigns
- Deliver content for product launches, promotions, and ongoing marketing initiatives
