Overview:
As an Account Manager/Recruiter, you'll work closely with our on-site client beyond recruiting efforts: you'll build trust, foster strong relationships, and continue to align Express Employment Professionals as a valued partner in the client's growth.
Twice per week you will visit the client's facility, collaborating with core staff members to ensure coordinated hiring efforts. You will also spend time on the production floor, connecting with Express Employment employees from simple check-ins to sensitive conversations, all while maintaining confidentiality.
Back at the Express Employment office, you'll recruit and interview job seekers who meet the client's current staffing needs. Ensuring a seamless experience for both job seekers and the client, you'll apply a systematic approach to documentation while maintaining accuracy and organization.

We're seeking someone who brings:
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- A knack for building and maintaining lasting partnerships
- 1+ years of proven experience in sales, recruiting or a related field
- Knowledge of employment and hiring laws (preferred)
- Professionalism when navigating sensitive topics with empathy and confidentiality
- Exceptional organizational skills paired with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- The ability to work individually and as a team in a fast-paced environment
A typical day on the job includes:
- Maintaining familiarity with client's needs and job openings
- Conducting client site visits twice/week
- Sourcing, screening, and recruiting job seekers who match the client's hiring needs
- Continuing to support job seekers in their career journey until they are hired on as the client's core employee
- Regularly connect with the client, employees, and job seekers via phone calls, emails, text messages, and in person
- Apply an organized and systematic method to manage documentation with exceptional care and detail
- Completing daily reporting (attendance, weather, time off, essential sick and safe time, etc.)
- Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, including having tough conversations and maintaining confidentiality
- Logging entries in Express Employment's company software and client's VMS software
- Serving as the point person for the client's quarterly audits
- Other duties, as assigned

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Visit the client's facility twice/week (one morning and one afternoon visit)

Compensation:
- $45,000-$60,000/year
- Includes base, commissions, and bonuses
