• Operate mowing equipment safely and efficiently around solar infrastructure
• Perform daily equipment inspections (oil, coolant, tires, hydraulics)
• Identify and report hazards, near misses, or equipment damage
• Communicate with team leads and other technicians
• Work as part of a crew to meet daily production and safety goals
