We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher with a strong background in port operations to manage daily dispatch activities, coordinate with drivers, customers, and vendors, and ensure efficient and compliant cargo movement. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and works well in a team environment.

Key responsibilities 

• Dispatch drivers for port and terminal pickups and deliveries
• Coordinate schedules and monitor load progress in real time
• Communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, and terminal personnel
• Use NAVIS and other port systems to manage container movements
• Handle phone calls professionally and provide timely updates
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and reports
• Ensure compliance with port regulations and on-road trucking requirements
• Collaborate closely with operations and management teams
