Position Overview

A growing print and visual production company is seeking a Bilingual Print Production Operator to support its frame and booth assembly operations. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse or production experience who enjoys hands-on work, assembling components, and following drawings or instructions — similar to building large-scale Legos or erector sets.

The right candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with physical structures, printed graphics, and shipping preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and break down large frames, booths, and display structures

• Interpret instructions, diagrams, and CAD-style drawings to construct frames accurately

• Assist with test fitting graphics to frames and structures

• Organize, label, and maintain frame components and booth parts

• Prepare frames, parts, and graphics for packing and shipment

• Support general warehouse and production tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Previous experience in warehouse, production, assembly, or light manufacturing

• Ability to read and follow drawings, diagrams, or assembly instructions

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using basic hand tools

• Able to lift, move, and assemble large components

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
