Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in account management or customer support
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
Experience in Industrial B2B environments, preferably aerospace or manufacturing
Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers from quote through shipment, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
Build and maintain strong OEM customer relationships while driving performance in quoting, quality, and delivery
Act as the customer’s voice internally, leading cross-functional collaboration to resolve order, quality, and performance issues
Analyze customer feedback and performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
Maintain accurate order and shipment data in the ERP system and provide regular status updates
