Salary: $25.00 / hr - $35.00 / hr

Experience Required:

• Machining experience
• Knowledge of square and perpendicularity 

Job Summary:

• Receiving inspection on raw materials (quantity and  spec. conformance)
• Reviewing raw material certs, special process certs, etc. against customer requirements.
• Scanning in and attaching material certs, special process certs, etc. to jobs in 1Factory (our quality software)
• Compiling First Article Inspection Reports for aerospace customers
• Reviewing inspection records for

• Compliance with customer inspection frequency
• Gage numbers
• Thoroughness

• Compiling quality packets for all types of customers

• Transferring to excel where necessary

• Interacting with vendors for adjustments needed to packing slips/certs
• Assist in getting product package and labeled properly to ship

• Some customers have specifics about packaging and ASN’s (advanced shipping notification).

• Interact with Microsoft products, Jobboss2 (our ERP software), and 1Factory as necessary to complete these tasks.
• Inspections with calipers, micrometers, bore gages, optical comparators, etc.
• Operating CMM’s (Coordinate Measuring Machines)

• Loading parts per documented instructions
• Confirming part conformance
• Uploading data to 1Factory quality software
