Job Title: Spray Dry Technician Location: Flavor Insights – 4795 Industrial Way, Benicia, CA 94510 Pay Rate: $27.00/hour
About the Role: Flavor Insights is seeking a Spray Dry Technician to join our Spray Dry Department. In this role, you will operate and maintain spray drying equipment to produce high-quality powdered products, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor spray drying equipment
Prepare materials and set up production runs
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
Monitor product quality and production data
Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
Follow all safety and food handling procedures
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior manufacturing, food processing, or spray drying experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Good communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable following safety protocols and using PPE
