Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative High-End Chef to work part-time on weekends. The ideal candidate has experience in fine dining or upscale private dining and is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This role requires precision, artistry, and a strong understanding of premium ingredients, presentation, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute high-quality, upscale dishes with consistency and attention to detail

  • Design and follow refined menus tailored to guest preferences and seasonal ingredients

  • Maintain exceptional food presentation and plating standards

  • Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations are strictly followed

  • Manage kitchen organization, cleanliness, and workflow during service

  • Collaborate with service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience

  • Monitor ingredient quality, storage, and proper usage

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a chef in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or private chef settings

  • Strong knowledge of high-end culinary techniques and premium ingredients

  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure during service

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Professional demeanor with a passion for culinary excellence
