Excellent Warehouse Position! Our client in Loves Park is looking for Warehouse Clerk to process incoming and outgoing products, using the various shipping systems and possibly making local deliveries as needed. Warehouse Clerk Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Receive products from vendor deliveries and unload trucks at the loading docks
• Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list
• Update the product inventory as products are received and added to our inventory
• Package products for return to vendors and fill out any RMA paperwork necessary prior to the shipment being picked up
• Count and stock merchandise based on inventory log
• Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and notify supervisor immediately
• Pack orders in an orderly manner and close cartons so they are prepared for shipping
• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
• Assemble and fill boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shipped
• Affix proper postage to each package in preparation for shipping
• Process orders based on the buyer’s preferred shipping system (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed
• Make local deliveries as needed
• High school diploma/GED required
• Drivers License required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Must possess an understanding of OSHA safety rules for warehouse work
• Current forklift certification a plus
• Ability to work on feet and carry objects weighing up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
