Title: Guest Service Associate
Location: Kalihi, HI
Pay: $18/hr 
Schedule: Full-time (Mon-Fri & Saturdays) Hours between 7:30am to 4:30pm

Guest Service Associate Duties:

• Provide great customer service
• Assist with customer inquiries
• Answering incoming calls
• Processing orders
• Processing payments and accurate cash handling

 

Guest Service Associate Requirements:

• 1-2 years of recent receptionist/call center/customer service experience 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer scores required
