Apartment Maintenance: Maintenance orders, light plumbing, light electrical, light HVAC. Will also be cleaning the grounds, picking up trash, pool work, painting, make ready, will have to clean out the doggy stations/bins. Going in and outside all day, driving golf cart, going up an down stairs on a regular basis.
