Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:

  • Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
  • Processing customer orders, payments, and billing information accurately
  • Maintaining and updating customer accounts and records
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to support customer satisfaction

Requirements of Customer Service Representative:

  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office systems
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
  • Positive, professional attitude in person and over the phone
