Our client located in Woodstock, IL is looking for an Accounting Assistant. In this position, you will process invoices, payments, and production orders.

 

Pay: $20-23 per hour

Hours: 20 hours per week, between M-F and 7:30am-11:30am

 

 

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, payments, and production orders
• Print labels
• Data-Entry
• Receive inventory into their software system

 

Accounting Assistant Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience in a clerical/office role
• 6+ month experience in an accounting role
• Understands basic accounts payable
• Proficient in MS Office (strong Word and Excel)
