Construction Field Specialist

Located in Fitchburg, WI

Salary: $20 - $25/hr

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Field Specialist to support our construction operations across multiple job sites in the Madison area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping job sites clean and safe, and is eager to learn and grow within a construction company. There is room for advancement for the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and site maintenance, including:

  • Cleaning and sweeping garages, basements, and sidewalks

  • Picking up and disposing of debris and garbage

• Assist with basic construction tasks such as:

  • Installing railings

  • Building steps (if capable)

  • Installing temporary heaters during winter months

• Follow direction from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team

• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site at all times

• Travel between job sites as needed

 

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard

• Ability to take direction and learn new skills

• Valid driver’s license required

• Reliable transportation (company vehicle not provided; mileage reimbursement may be available)

• Construction experience is a plus, but not required

• Consistent work history preferred (no significant job gaps or frequent short-term roles)

• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7am - 3pm (or until needed)

Pay

• $20 - $25/hr, depending on experience
