Salary: $20.00-$22.00/ hour
We are searching for seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support customer communication, order coordination, and reporting. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, production, and logistics partners to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Interact with customers to provide accurate and timely information regarding:
Order status
Product details
Shipping and delivery timelines
Collaborate with production teams to determine and communicate shipping schedules
Coordinate shipments with freight carriers and logistics providers
Process customer returns in accordance with company procedures
Compile, organize, and process customer and operational data into reports
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, shipments, and returns
Provide professional, responsive customer service while resolving issues efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service, order processing, or office support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience coordinating shipping or freight logistics
Experience working with production or manufacturing teams
Familiarity with reporting or spreadsheet tools
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Problem-solving and follow-through
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Office-based role with regular computer use
Frequent communication with customers, production staff, and freight partners
