Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a confidential client for a Customer Service & Parts Sales Coordinator. This full-time position supports parts sales operations and customer coordination within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and strong customer support across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts sales orders from initial entry through final shipment
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and delivery status
• Enter and maintain order information within an ERP system with a strong focus on accuracy
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to support order fulfillment and resolve issues
• Process and track warranty-related requests and documentation
• Monitor sales activity and assist with internal reporting as needed
• Maintain clear, professional communication with both customers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service, order processing, or an administrative support role
• Previous experience working with ERP systems, CRM, or order management software is considered an asset
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
