Fabricator

Salary: $20.00/hr+

Role Description

This is a Temporary on-site role for a Fabricator at Express Employment Professionals located in the Local Cleveland, TN area. The Fabricator will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as fabricating and assembling metal structures, operating machinery, interpreting blueprints and diagrams, and conducting quality inspections. The Fabricator will also collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects..

 

Pay starting at $20.00+ DOE

 

The schedule is Monday-Thursday.

1st Shift: 6 AM - 4:30 PM

 

 

What we look for in Fabricators

 

•  Experience in metal fabrication and manufacturing
• Proficiency in operating machinery and tools
• Metal working experience. (Bending, repair, grinder operator, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

 

 

These responsibilities include:

• Mig/Tig welding and fabrication. (Not required but a plus) 
• Performing quality checks to ensure pieces are made properly with no defects
• Must be able to read a ruler and blueprints
• Being punctual and eager to work!
