Job Title: Part-Time Audio/Visual (AV) Technician
Location: Naples, FL
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Part-time; availability required between 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM, including weekends, based on event schedules

 

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Audio/Visual Technician to support events at a facility in Naples, FL. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and breaking down audio and video equipment to ensure events run smoothly and professionally.

 

Responsibilities:

• Set up, test, operate, and dismantle audio and video equipment for meetings, presentations, and special events
• Manage microphones, speakers, projectors, screens, mixers, and related AV equipment
• Provide on-site technical support during events and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Ensure equipment is properly stored and maintained after each event
• Coordinate with event staff to meet technical needs and timelines
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Requirements:

• Prior experience with audio/visual equipment setup and operation preferred
• Basic knowledge of sound systems, projectors, and presentation technology
• Ability to lift and move AV equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Flexible availability between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends
