Equipment Technician

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join a respected team in Grand Rapids, MN. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, especially with knowledge in electrical or plumbing, this could be your next great opportunity! Some training on equipment will be provided. The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and basic customer relations knowledge.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
(May be on call some evenings and weekends)
Wage: $18.00 - $21.00/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair specialized equipment.
• Order and maintain inventory of equipment and parts.
• Follow periodic maintenance schedules.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation of services performed.
• Drive company vehicle to customer sites to perform inspections and maintenance repairs.

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and motor vehicle check.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Previous experience in HVAC or plumbing highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
