About the Role
The Landscaping Lead will oversee daily jobsite operations, guide crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectations. This position blends leadership, physical work, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities
•     Lead and motivate a landscaping crew on residential and commercial projects
•     Coordinate daily tasks, timelines, and jobsite priorities
•     Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and skid steers
•     Perform hands‑on landscaping duties including planting, mulching, hardscaping support, and lawn maintenance
•     Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed
•     Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and occasionally clients
•     Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly

Qualifications
•     Previous landscaping experience required; leadership or crew‑lead experience strongly preferred
•     Ability to operate standard landscaping tools and machinery
•     Strong communication and organizational skills
•     Reliable transportation to Frederick, MD
•     Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
•     Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor throughout the day

Schedule & Pay
•     Full‑time, year‑round opportunity
•     Monday–Friday schedule (occasional weekends during peak season)
