Job Title: Recruiting Specialist – Light Industrial Staffing
Location: Washington, Pa
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8am-5pm (1 hour for lunch)

About the Role

We are looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to support our light industrial and warehouse staffing operations. This role focuses on high-volume recruiting for positions such as general labor, warehouse associates, production workers, forklift operators, and skilled trades support roles. No recruiting experience is required—we provide hands-on training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, screen, and interview candidates
Conduct high-volume phone screens
Post and manage job ads across multiple job boards and social media platforms
Match candidates to client needs, shifts, and job requirements
Accurately track candidate and associate information in the ATS
Support daily staffing needs, call-offs, and urgent fill requests

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups
Basic computer skills (job boards, email, data entry)
Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, call centers, retail, or customer service is a plus—but not required
