Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and customer-focused CDL Driver for a well-established company in Grand Rapids, MN. This is a local, home every night position and includes interacting with customers, unloading the truck, stocking shelves, and working for a company that values professionalism and quality service.

Wages: Start at $20 - $21/hour, with increases after 60 days, based on performance.

Schedule & Route Information:

• Monday - Thursday, local and home every night
• Start times vary; all routes typically leave by 6:00 AM
• Routes run approximately 10 – 12 hours per day
• Deliveries are to retail outlet stores and involve using a 2-wheel dolly down a ramp into stores

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate commercial vehicles to deliver pre-sold products to customers
• Unload products, stock shelves, and ensure product displays are neat and organized
• Provide friendly, professional customer service, answer questions and build rapport with store staff
• Perform basic mechanical checks and routine maintenance on commercial vehicles
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Qualification Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A or B and a clean driving record
• Basic mechanical knowledge of commercial vehicles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Neat and professional appearance
• Ability to lift, push, and pull products using a dolly 
• Must pass a motor vehicle check and drug screen
