Parking: avail for $12.50 a day

Pay: Up to $22/hr

Key Responsibilities as the Customer Service Representative:

• Assist members and providers with questions on eligibility, benefits, and services
• Complete additional tasks as directed by Customer Service Supervisors/Managers

 

You’d be great for the Customer Service Representative opportunity with the following experience:

• 1+ year within customer service (in office setting) or administrative experience
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication
