MIG Welder – Full Time
Location: Grants Pass, OR

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a locally owned and reputable shop in Grants Pass. This position focuses on high-quality custom metal fabrication, including railings, ornamental iron, and other custom-designed metal projects. Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• Day Shift

• Occasional overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components

• Fabricate and assemble custom metal products in a shop environment

• Assist with occasional local field work, including repairs and on-site welding

• Read and follow fabrication drawings and specifications

• Safely handle and weld metal materials weighing up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MIG welding 

• Comfortable working primarily in a shop setting 

• Willingness to travel locally with the team as needed

• Previous experience with metal fabrication projects preferred

• Ability to lift and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs

Pay:

• $20+ per hour, DOE
